1. **Conductor Core:** The cable features 6 AWG through 500 kcmil coated annealed copper conductors, bunched wires, and rope-lay-stranded construction per ASTM B172, ensuring optimal conductivity and flexibility.

 

2. **Insulation:** Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation provides superior protection against heat, moisture, steam, oil, chemicals, and radiation, ensuring uninterrupted performance in demanding mining applications.

 

3. **Insulation Shield:** A flexible coated copper/textile braid shield, applied over non-conducting overlapped tape, offers exceptional protection against external interference, enhancing signal integrity and reliability.

 

4. **Ground Check Conductor:** Annealed copper, rope-lay-stranded per ASTM B172, insulated with high-strength yellow polypropylene, ensures fail-safe monitoring and enhanced operational safety.

 

5. **Grounding Conductors:** Coated copper, rope-lay-stranded per ASTM B172, with two conductors in contact with the flexible copper braid shield, provide additional grounding for enhanced safety.

 

6. **Jacket:** The reinforced, two-layer, extra-heavy-duty, lead-cured Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) jacket offers maximum protection against mechanical damage, including cutting, impact, abrasion, flame, and sunlight exposure, ensuring prolonged cable life.
