Conductor: Electrolytic, stranded, tinned copper wire DIN VDE 0295 Class 5, providing excellent conductivity and flexibility for efficient power transmission.

Electrical Field Control: Equipped with inner and outer semiconductive layers of semiconductive rubber to control electrical fields and minimize the risk of electrical faults.

Protective-Earth Conductor: Tinned copper conductor with a semiconductive layer, ensuring proper grounding and protection against electrical hazards.

Lay Up: Three main conductors laid-up with three control cores in the outer interstice, optimizing the cable’s performance and flexibility.

Sheathing: Inner sheath made of GM1b Type EPR Compound and outer sheath made of 5GM5 Type elastomer compound, providing excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and oils, ensuring durability and longevity in demanding mining environments.

Rated Voltage: Available in various voltage ratings, including 3.6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, and 18/30kV, to suit different mining applications.

Max. Permissible Operating Voltage AC: Ranging from 4.2/7.2kV to 20.8/36kV, ensuring safe operation within specified voltage limits.

Working Temperature: With a working temperature range of -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations and -25°C to +80°C for mobile applications, the cable can withstand extreme temperatures encountered in mining environments.

Max. Tensile Load and Torsion: Capable of withstanding a maximum tensile load of 15 N/mm² and a torsion of 25º/m, ensuring mechanical strength and reliability during installation and operation.

Travel Speed and Minimum Distance for Change of Direction: Designed for a maximum travel speed of 30 m/min in tunnelling applications, with a minimum distance for a change of direction of 20 times the cable diameter (20 X D).
