Conductor: Consists of electrolytic annealed, class 5 stranded tinned copper wires, with a plain conductor available upon request.

 

Separator: A suitable tape may be applied over the conductor for additional insulation and protection.

 

Insulation: Utilizes 3GI3 type HEPR-based elastomer compound, ensuring excellent electrical insulation properties and resistance to environmental factors.

 

Core Identification: Adheres to VDE 0293-308 standards for clear and accurate core identification.

 

Inner Sheath: Protected by GM1b type elastomer compound, providing additional mechanical protection and insulation.

 

Reinforcement: Features antitorsion textile braided embedded sheath to resist torsional stress and enhance cable durability.

 

Outer Sheath: Equipped with 5GM3 type heavy-duty special rubber compound outer sheath, offering superior protection against mechanical damage and environmental factors.

 

Color: Available in black or yellow, providing high visibility and easy identification.

Complies with DIN VDE 0250-814 for construction, DIN VDE 0250-1 for general requirements, and DIN VDE 0298-3 for guidance on usage.

 

 

Undergoes electrical tests according to DIN VDE 0472-501, 502, 503, 508, and non-electrical tests as per DIN VDE 0472-401, 402, 602, 303, 615.

 

 

Flame retardant properties conform to VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1, and IEC 60332-1 standards.
